An exciting 12 month, fixed term opportunity has become available within a large global tech company. We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join their team and provide advisory support for all employment relations, recruitment and onboarding needs.

A day in the life as the HR BP:
- Drive measurable outcomes in talent acquisition, employee engagement, compliance, and organizational culture enhancement
- Lead and manage all facets of talent acquisition and onboarding requirements
- Deliver weekly reporting and analytics/administration to key stakeholders
- Design and engage in all employee experience enhancement initiatives
- Provide guidance and support to people managers for all employee relations needs
- Lead or contribute to local and international projects related to people and culture initiatives
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources (or similar)
- 3-6 years of HR experience in an HR generalist or advisory role
- Experience in working with global teams and work in a corporate environment
- Excellent communication – with the ability to work with a range of people.
- Positive attitude, resilient and happy to roll up sleeves to get the job done.
- Approachable and enjoy working in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills – able to look at alternative paths when the answer is not immediately available.
- Good understanding of NZ employment law
